Really comfy room with helpful staff.
The reception was often unattended, leading to frustrating wait times. I found the cleanliness around the bar lacking, as there were dirty glasses everywhere, making it unappealing to sit for a drink. Breakfast options were limited, and I was disappointed by the lack of vegan choices, which seemed to be a common complaint among other guests.

I had a great stay at this hotel with a modern and comfortable room that really made me feel at home. The highlight was definitely the in-house sushi restaurant where you could order from a tablet. it's a must-try! they could improve on having the reception staff a bit more accessible, as it took some time to get assistance when needed.
